Escudero vs. Miller Possible for UFC 103
During an exclusive chat on his website, UFC 8 lightweight winner Efrain Escudero (11-0) more or less announced that this first fight back from his injury will be a bout with Cole Miller (15-3) at UFC 103. While UFC 103 has no location at this point, the Escudero vs. Miller bout is an interesting consideration. Miller is coming off of a first round submission victory over enigma Junie Browning, who Escudero also defeated during his stint on TUF 8. While both are solid grapplers, Miller… (Full Story)

UFC Fight Night and TUF Chat
April 1st is a huge night of MMA action. First, we have the Fight Night event followed by the next season of TUF. During the events, some of our staff will be in the MMAOpinion.com chat room. Don’t miss out. Last time around everyone had a blast. The fights seemed to become second place as the chat took over. We had several people stop in including one that may have been the WWE’s very own Vince McMahon. Ok, it was not him, but very well could be an official hype man. We expect… (Full Story)
Browning vs. Miller: Why?
The reasons for putting Junie Browning on a main card are numerous and unappealing, at least to me: He’s a great personality. He draws viewers. He’s a pretty exciting fighter in the cage. He gives a great promo interview. All of that, in my mind, is overshadowed by a single factor: he’s not that good. His bandwagon exploded after the Kaplan fight with people who he impressed with that armbar, as well as his crisp striking, but he should have beaten Kaplan in one round. We all know,… (Full Story)

MMAOpinion Exclusive: Ask Cole Miller
Cole Miller is a UFC 155 pound fighter that is poised to make a run this year. If you don’t believe me take a look at how his last fight ended. He hit one of the sickest triangle submissions ever! The impressive part isn’t the submission itself. It is the fact that it was done to former UFC fighter and black belt Jorge Gurgel(Picture…from colemiller.com). Before Cole starts his 2009 win streak against Junie Browning, he is going to allow us to pick his brain! In the comments… (Full Story)
