UFC 106 Payouts

dollFighters all around the world talk about the addition of a fighters union all the time.  If they all got paid like Forrest and Tito, far less would complain!

Here is the announced payments for UFC 106.  Keep in mind this does not include extra (unspecified) bonus money, sponsorships, or other random financial additions with each fighter.  I also threw this one up on www.curtisandkyle.com

Forrest Griffin — $250,000 ($150,000 to show, $100,000 to win)
Tito Ortiz — $250,000 With numbers like this, I wonder if Tito would have been awarded an additional 100 grand to win…

A guy is on the main card of a ppv at gets $6,000? I think whoever looks at this and thinks a guy deserves that is crazy! I actually think this may be a reason MMA is having a hard time getting sanctioned here in New York, because of pay scales like this! There should be minimum base, one for undercards and one for the main card and it should be more than 6K!
