In this video, Tito Ortiz goes over some of his training routine, his future and his rematch with Forrest Griffin. Ortiz has one goal and that is to become the UFC light heavyweight champion once again. His house and training facilities at Big Bear are amazing. He looks to be in great shape and if the Tito of old shows up, the Tito who dominated Griffin in the first round of their first fight, Griffin will be in for a long night.
