Penn’s new cardio…Pool jumping?

pennUFC champion B.J. Penn is doing his best to get his few minutes on ESPN’s P.T.I.  I put up three very impressive video’s of jumping feats.  The first is Penn jumping out of a pool.  It doesn’t sound like much, but you try!
