Gina Carano on Sports Science

For those who, like me, don’t watch the show unless there’s an MMA segment in it, this is a pretty good one. It covers Gina’s striking and gives a little more insight into the rear naked choke. Below the fold, I’ve also thrown in Fedor’s video from the show, because it’s awesome. Both offer insight into the MMA staple that is the RNC.

Part of me wants to see an entire series dedicated to MMA bits like this. I wanna know how tight Joe Stevenson’s guillotine is and how savage CroCop’s kicks are. That’d be a lot of fun, but for now, I’ll just enjoy this.
