Video: Baroni Controversy at Cage Rage 27

Phil Baroni showed immense restraint during the recent Cage Rage 27 event after being attacked by his opponent’s cornerman. After defeating Scott Jansen via TKO at 3:18 of the first round, a member of Jansen’s camp decided to head-butt Baroni and immediately run out of the cage.
Interesting Note: The headbutt was followed by a middle finger from Bristish porn star Hayley Finch.
Baroni immediately backed up after the attack and did not attempt to pursue Jansen’s cornerman. Other fighters, including Josh Thompson and Mark Coleman, were at the event and made an attempt to go after Baroni’s attacker. Here’s the video.

Man, I wouldn’t have held it against Baroni if he had beaten the guy’s face in. With the adrenaline going and the complete and utter stupidity of that headbutt, Baroni deserves alot of respect for handling that the way that he did.
I’m appauled at the behavior of that guy, and I’m gonna go look for a little more info on who he is, because this guy deserves to be openly disrespected for being such a flaming douchebag.
It’s so good that he did though. Imaginge Baroni knocking some goofball senseless after knocking his opponent out cold. That would have been bad for Monday news headlines.
And you know if he would have it would have been top story everywhere! I can see it now… MMA fighter kills spectator and porn star while on roid rage!
